DESCRIPTION: IRI will help integrate climate variability and change into Red Cross Red Crescent health programming, guidance, tools, and policies; raise awareness and build capacity throughout the Red Cross Red Crescent; help identify funding sources; work to form partnerships with academic organizations and other organizations; and support an ongoing operational research program.
