DESCRIPTION: A three year project in two pilot communities to develop children resilience coalitions. Preparedness activities are based and measured by the CPI and other tools. Will also develop a National Children's Resilience Board to integrate with policy. Extended for two additional years for communities recovering from disasters in North Carolina and Puerto Rico.
