- Long Island Sound ; Palisades, NY ; Stony Brook, NY
- Project Type: Research
DESCRIPTION: This project builds off previous work on HABs in Long Island Sound. It will profile the eco-transcriptomic response of Aureococcus and co-occuring phytoplankton over the couse of a brown tide to identify drivers of blooms. This work will be used to inform local and regional managers of potential management targets.
