SADA-Millennium Village TA

DESCRIPTION: The MDG Center will provide technical support, know-how and input on an ongoing basis throughout the Millennium Village projects.

OUTCOMES: Define project strategy, goals, objectives, and targets for each intervention; define necessary assessments; determine timelines and sequencing of activities; work with cluster teams to identify and evaluate potential interventions; provide scientific and technical assistance in the implementation of activities; guide the assessment of trade-offs in order to reach objectives; provide tools and methodologies; facilitate the process of lessons learned and adaptive management in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of interventions; provide technical support for monitoring and evaluation efforts; distill the overall and sectorial knowledge and experiences gained in the process of implementing the project, and share it with the development and scientific communities for them to test, validate and, if suitable, adopt; and, serve as a member of the Project’s Steering Committee and Stakeholder Consultative Group.
