DESCRIPTION: The project will add 2-4 tide gauges near areas with groundwater monitoring wells to distinguish absolute sea level rise from subsidence and to quantity the water table. A methodology to map and monitor land cover will be developed using the multi-temporal MODIS. Validation of recent land-sat changes will be done with GeoEye and WorldView-2. This will culminate in the development of scenarios for extreme weather.

OUTCOMES: GPS receivers have been acquired and high-resolution imagery has been processed for four time intervals.
