DESCRIPTION: The project will harness the synergies of integrated and comprehensive community development to strengthen PMTCT services and to create ‘MTCT-free zones’. In these zones, the coordinated, science-based application of emerging best-practice in PMTCT will be implemented across a diversity of established field sites across Africa.
