DESCRIPTION: The National Center for Disaster Preparedness (NCDP) proposes an engagement to synthesize research on resilience and microgrids and to disseminate that content to increase the knowledge-base among practitioners, policymakers and other stakeholders including the general public. This engagement will first establish a broad strategy for thought leadership content development and dissemination, and secondly to assist in the research and development and development of some content. NCDP will also support monitoring implementation to ensure optimal impact from the thought leadership campaign.
