DESCRIPTION: Taking direction from PP Client’s Jes Milberg-Haydu, Columbia shall provide evaluation services and other related consulting services to the Research and Evaluation (R&E) and Emergency Preparedness & Response (EPR) programs for PP Client's support function of the initial organizational response to COVID-19 (the “Response”) leading to a Summary of Key Issues (SKI) to be used for organizational learning as follows:
• Columbia shall review key documentation from PP Client’s support team in relation to the Response.
• Columbia shall assist with planning and scheduling for staff evaluation sessions (known as “hotwashes”) and debrief conversations with executive leadership to be held virtually with PP Client between September and December 2020.
• Columbia shall facilitate and record between eight (8) and eleven(11) virtual hotwashes with PP Client’s Response leads, Vice President (s)/department leads, and general staff, not to exceed 1 hour in duration each.
• Based on this hotwash and KII data collection and document review, Columbia shall draft a summary of lessons learned document based on examples provided and create a brief slide deck of key learnings. Document shall not exceed 30 pages in length.
