DESCRIPTION:

The Coalition to Advance Progress on Administrative Boundaries in Africa is a grant to the Center for International Earth Science Information Network (CIESIN), in partnership with the UN Second Administrative Level Boundaries (SALB) program and geoBoundaries at the College of William & Mary. The objective of the coalition is to facilitate collaborative approaches to improving the accessibility, interoperability, and usage of both authoritative and operational subnational administrative boundaries.
