DESCRIPTION: In this project, LDEO will partner with Centre Sustainable Development, Columbia University and New Jersey Sea Grant to produce teaching and outreach material on microplastics and their harmful effects on aquatic biota. As part of this project, high-school students will partake in field activities and laboratory analysis of samples.
