DESCRIPTION: The project proposes to conduct a comprehensive suite of hypothesis testing focused on linkages between mantle flow, lithospheric decoupling, and lithospheric destabilization in the Great Basin region. The project will use results from the EarthScope USArray Transportable Array, EarthScope Plate Boundary Observatory, and EarthScope geology data.
