DESCRIPTION: The project seeks to answer the question: What does sustainable development look like at a major mining site? It will work with local communities, the government, and AGA to establish a local development plan for integrated rural development, as well as observations and policy proposals for the AGA affiliate with operational responsibility for mining operations in Tanzania.

OUTCOMES: The project will result in five year local development plans and observations and policy proposals for AGA.
