BIOGRAPHY:

As the Director of Career Management at the Columbia Climate School, I bring over two decades of experience in career coaching, placement, and executive recruiting to our vibrant student community. Before joining Columbia, I founded and ran a successful recruiting firm, which has honed my ability to foster meaningful connections between academia and industry. I am dedicated to bridging the gap between educational achievements and professional endeavors, ensuring that each student is adeptly prepared to contribute effectively to the climate and sustainability sector.

My approach is centered on creating personalized, impactful experiences for every student who walks into my office. Success, for me, is defined by each student leaving our meeting with something valuable—be it strategic advice, an enhanced skill set, or increased confidence. My extensive background in developing robust career support models at Columbia, managing diverse teams, and cultivating academic and industry partnerships empowers me to provide strategic vision and practical expertise in professional development.

I am passionate about watching our students launch their careers, make meaningful societal contributions, and continue to succeed in their chosen paths. It is my privilege to support and witness their growth, celebrating their achievements as they advance toward a more sustainable future.
