BIOGRAPHY:
Tarikua Erda is a first year PhD student in Sustainable Development at Columbia SIPA. She is interested in questions at the intersection of health, human capital, and inequality in developing countries.
Tarikua holds a B.A. degree in Economics (cum laude) and minors in Ethical Philosophy and African Studies from Princeton University. Prior to joining Columbia, she worked as an economic consultant at Analysis Group focusing on healthcare antitrust and false advertising lawsuits. In her spare time, Tarikua enjoys reading, Tae Kwon Do, and improv comedy.
